Boss Lubricants, Western Canada’s largest independent lubricant manufacturer, expanded its Alberta distribution and delivery network last month by acquiring Edmonton-based Daystar Petroleum Ltd., a bulk oil and package lubricant company.  Palmer Holland will market and promote Indianapolis-based Biosynthetic Technologies’ Biocea metalworking fluid additives with exclusivity for the United States metalworking fluid market under a distribution partnership.  Canada-based Lubrication Specialists Corp. was appointed distributors in North America for auto-lubrication equipment manufactured by Easylube and Autol.
