Under a new agreement, Argentina’s YPF will produce Volvo-branded lubricants for use in engines, gearboxes and transmissions in the Swedish automaker’s trucks and buses sold through its official dealers in Argentina.  Holland, Michigan-based lubricants distributor Major Brands Oil Co. acquired Roseville, Michigan-based Central Oil Co., which distributes industrial and commercial lubricants in southeast Michigan and portions of Ohio.  Perrysburg, Ohio-based metalworking fluids manufacturer Master Fluid Solutions promoted Anup Hosamani to vice president of finance.
