RelaDyne acquired Richard Oil and Fuel, a lubricant and fuel distributor serving Louisiana. Savant Group named Greg Miller vice president of engineering and new business development. Miller previously served as vice president of operations for the Midland, Michigan-based company, which is a consortium of four individual companies working in the lubricants industry – Savant Labs, Tannas, King Refrigeration and theInstitute of Materials.
