Harm formerly served as the Richmond, Virginia-based companys senior vice president and COO.Valvoline Inc. signed an agreement to acquire Chilliwack, British Colombia-based Great Canadian Oil Change, which franchises 73 quick-lube stores in five Canadian provinces.
