Liqui Moly Renews F1 Deal
Formula 1 has renewed its partnership with German lubricant and additive manufacturer Liqui Moly in a multi-year agreement, extending a relationship that began in 2019. Liqui Moly has maintained a presence in Formula 1 for the past eight seasons and will become an Official Supporter under the renewed agreement. The brand will continue to appear through virtual trackside signage at selected Grands Prix. The partnership will also provide opportunities for Liqui Moly to engage with business customers and partners through events and other activities built around the Formula 1 calendar.
Liqui Moly has used its Formula 1 involvement as part of its international marketing and customer-engagement programme since 2019. The renewed agreement extends that activity across multiple seasons, giving the company continued exposure through Formula 1’s global race calendar and opportunities to host customers, partners and other stakeholders at events associated with the sport. The companies did not disclose the financial terms or length of the renewed agreement.
RelaDyne Snags Rossee
RelaDyne has acquired Rossee Oil Company, a Georgia distributor of fuel, lubricants and diesel exhaust fluid, marking its fifth acquisition announced this year.Eatonton-based Rossee serves commercial, industrial, transportation and agricultural customers across Georgia and operates four distribution facilities in Eatonton, Moultrie, Wrightsville and Swainsboro. Founded in 1945, the company has grown from a local petroleum jobber into a full-service distributor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
RelaDyne said the acquisition expands its distribution network in Georgia and strengthens its ability to serve fuel and lubricant customers across the Southeast. Rossee will also add to RelaDyne’s industrial reliability services and emergency response capabilities in the state.
Rossee follows four acquisitions announced by RelaDyne in 2026: Dennis Oil Company in January, Dion and Sons in February, Chart Distribution Group in June and OilRed in August, which expanded the company’s Latin American operations into Colombia. RelaDyne, formed in 2010 through the merger of four distributors, has announced more than 50 acquisitions since its formation. The company operates more than 190 locations across North America and distributes lubricants, fuel and DEF while providing industrial reliability services.
