Phillips 66 announced Glenn Tilton and Marna Whittington intend to retire and will not stand for re-election to the board at the company’s next annual shareholder meeting in May 2026. Glenn and Marna’s terms conclude in 2026. In compliance with the Phillips 66 governing documents, the company intends to nominate at least four directors for election in May.

Valvoline Inc., appointed Hitesh Patel as its new chief technology and cybersecurity officer. Hitesh brings decades of experience in retail technology and cybersecurity having led major transformation projects across the automotive and consumer sectors. Before joining Valvoline Inc., Patel was senior vice president and chief information officer at Sleep Number, where he led enterprise technology strategy and implementation. His career also includes leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts and Best Buy, where he managed technology integrations and cybersecurity initiatives. Hitesh has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Montfort University and an MBA from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom.

Pilot Chemical Co. announced that CEO Mike Clark will retire on Dec. 31., with President and Chief Operating Officer Christian MacIver set to succeed him. Clark joined Pilot in 2018 as COO and became CEO in 2022. A veteran of the chemical industry with more than 40 years of experience, his career spans sales, marketing, business development and operations leadership. Following his retirement, Clark will join the company’s board of directors in 2026.
