Lubrizol appointed Abhishek Shrivastava as managing director for India, the Middle East and Africa. Abhishek brings nearly 20 years of industry experience and will oversee expansion efforts, strengthen manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, drive local innovation and develop workforce talent across the region. He previously served as vice president of innovation and decision science, where he led new business platforms, sustainable product development and digital innovation.
Quaker Houghton announced two executive changes – Christine Johnson is nowsenior vice president and chief transformation officer, responsible for transformation and process optimization to drive enterprise growth. Christine joins from McKinsey & Company, where she was a partner specializing in energy, strategy and M&A, and previously held roles in digital marketing and communications at DuPont. Andre Frodl, who has been with Quaker Houghton since 2002, was promoted to vice president of research and development for metals and metalworking, succeeding Dave Sinkman, who retired. Andre will lead global R&D functions, including product stewardship, analytical chemistry and raw material research.
RelaDyne made Mike Sinicropi chief operating officer, effective Sept. 8, 2025, bringing more than 30 years of industrial gases industry experience to the role. Mike will oversee all operational functions and advance RelaDyne’s initiatives to drive growth and performance.
