Lubrizol introduced HybriCal, a lithium-free grease thickener technology developed with anhydrous calcium to meet the High-Performance Multiuse Grease Specification set by the National Lubricating Grease Institute. The formulation enables lower processing temperatures and reduced dehydration times than conventional lithium-based greases, supporting faster production and lower energy use. Its versatility makes it suitable for bearings, mining equipment and general manufacturing.
