America Clean Fuel Corp.’s new blending plant in New Caney, Texas, will begin operations in a month, the company said in a press release Tuesday. The facility will produce Synergen AW46, an ashless hydraulic oil for industrial applications, and has a capacity of 1,000 barrels per day. Located near Houston, the plant aims to support domestic demand for high-specification lubricants.

The launch comes as the U.S. hydraulic oil market sees growing interest in cleaner formulations and secure domestic supply. Industry observers note that producers are responding to demand for reliable sourcing and environmentally compliant products.

The New Caney facility features blending systems, modular logistics and environmental safeguards. It has more than 6,000 barrels of storage and a modular layout that allows for future scale-up. The plant is designed for efficient bulk handling to serve distributors, industrial users and government clients while maintaining competitive pricing.

“Synergen AW46 is engineered to outperform standard hydraulic oils, extending equipment life through its ashless formulation and delivering dependable performance under the most demanding conditions,” Michael Chase, the company’s co-founder said in the press release. “This launch marks the beginning of our broader strategy to build America’s most agile, scalable and customer-focused lubricant platform.”

Based in Houston, ACFC produces hydraulic, industrial and engine oils under the Synergen brand. The company said the New Caney site could also support product expansion and potential international growth, enhancing its ability to respond to market trends.
