To coincide with its 20th anniversary, Kixx, the lubricant brand of GS Caltex, is excited to reveal a new branding, identity, and its automotive engine oil product system – reflecting its forward-looking approach and position as a global supplier of advanced lubricants and cutting-edge technologies.
This major milestone highlights Kixx’s efforts to meet the demands of an ever-changing industrial landscape and highlight its key role in helping to shape the future of the industry.
As part of the renewal, its logo, slogan, and product system have all been redesigned and streamlined. The new brand slogan, “Lubricating the Future,” demonstrates Kixx’s intention to position itself as a driving force that steers the industry towards a better future. It also reinforces the company’s ESG values and commitment to sustainability.
Among the changes, Kixx has redesigned its automotive engine oil product system to simplify its naming conventions and make it even easier for customers to ensure they are always selecting the optimal lubricant solution for their vehicles.

This customer focused approach means there will now simply be three subcategories within its automotive lubricants range: Passenger Car Engine Oil (GX), Motorcycle Engine Oil (MX), and Commercial Vehicle Engine Oil (DX).
Passenger car engine oils are divided into two distinct categories– a standard line and the premium “Flagship Line” of products designed to meet the constantly evolving trends in the lubricant industry.
In addition, there is a convenient three-tier grading system (9,7, and 5) to make it easier to compare performance across product lines. The previous Kixx PAO 1 product has been renamed Kixx PAO 100 to clearly indicate it is produced with 100% Polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oils.
Customers will also benefit from subdivisions, including vehicle type and product features, being added to the product names.

And to make sure Kixx’s bold new look really stands out on the store shelves, all product packaging has been redesigned and relabeled to reflect the new logo and brand image. The new container designs are clearly defined with feature product-specific color schemes and aesthetics to display information more clearly.
