Valvoline Global Operations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, opened a regional hub in central London, the company announced in a press release.

Saudi Aramco bought Valvoline Inc.’s product manufacturing business for U.S. $2.65 billion in March 2023. Valvoline Inc. remains Valvoline Global’s biggest customer for its instant oil change network in North America.

The London location joins two other hubs in Singapore and Lexington, Kentucky, United States, which is also home to the company’s global corporate and R&D headquarters.

From London the company can plan production and sales of motor oil, antifreeze, coolant transmission and other fluids it sells to OEMs, the aftermarket and do-it-yourself customers.

In 2024, the company was one of the fastest growing lubricants brands worldwide, with sales in more than 140 countries and territories, said Roger England, vice president and chief R&D officer. Fueling this growth, the company continues to lead advancements across fast-paced industries.
