March 6, 2024Saudi Aramco completed the acquisition – first announced in September 2023 – of a 100% equity stake in Chilean lubricant blender, distributor and retailer Esmax Distribuscion SpA.
Calgary, Canada-based Boss Lubricants will distribute TotalEnergies’ lubricant products – including European automaker-approved oils – in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Yukon under a five-year commercial partnership signed with Total Energies Marketing Canada Inc.
Univar Solutions Brasil Ltda., a subsidiary of Univar Solutions LLC, announced a new distribution agreement with Arxada for biocides, preservatives and performance additives used in a variety of industrial applications. The agreement strengthens Univar Solutions’ product offerings in Brazil’s paints, coatings and lubricants markets.
