RelaDyne acquired Ukiah, California-based Nick Barbieri Trucking LLC, an oil, lubricant, gasoline and diesel fuel distributor serving Northern California.  Valvoline Inc. signed an agreement with Midland, Texas-based Kent Lubrication Centers Ltd. – doing business as Avis Lube – to purchase its 14 existing quick-lube centers, which will be rebranded as Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers.   Univar Solutions Inc. will distribute Daubert Chemical Co. Inc.’s Severe Atmospheric Corrosion Inhibitor additives product line in the United States and Canada. The additives are used by formulators in rust preventive coatings and corrosion inhibiting lubricants.
