Brazil’s Petrobras announced on May 21 the non-binding phase related to the sale of its fuels and lubricants business in Colombia, previously announced in a teaser in March. Potential buyers qualified for this phase received a descriptive memorandum with more information about the assets, as well as instructions on the divestment process, including guidelines for preparing and submitting non-binding proposals.  Bowling Green, Kentucky-based Renegade Race Fuels and Lubricants announced production of hand sanitizer in gel and liquid form.
