The new owner of a blending plant in Avellaneda, Argentina has entered a contract to make lubricants for Puma Energy, and that means the facility will no longer blend for Petrobras.

WD-40 Profits Up

WD-40 posted net income of $15.9 million for the quarter ending Feb. 28, up more than 7 percent from the year-earlier period, with net sales virtually unchanged at $101.3 million.

ExxonMobil Chemical Co., which manufactures a range of polyalphaolefins, selected Industy, California-based Norman, Fox & Co., as its distributor. Castrol selected two distributors, Pilot Thomas Logistics and Northeast Lubricants, to distribute its lubricants throughout southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
