Specialty materials manufacturer Troy Corp.completed the acquisition of Moerdijk, Netherlands-based DBM Blending B.V. The deal includes an industrial chemical manufacturing facility near Rotterdam. The National Lubricating Grease Institute is accepting proposals for advanced research into lubricating greases for its Research Grants Program. Grant amounts range from $1,000 to $50,000 per calendar year, and applications are due by March 1, 2019. To apply, visit the NLGI website.
