Shell Malaysia launched Shell Rimula Ultra 5W-30, a fully synthetic heavy-duty diesel engine oil that meets ACEA E6 and ACEA E9 specifications, as well as manufacturers’ standards for wear protection and cleanliness. Recommended for use in modern diesel engines that satisfy Euro 4 through Euro 6 emission standards, the oil offers extended drain intervals of up to 150,000 kilometers as well as better wear protection and fuel economy, the company claims. The company also expanded its Shell Helix Ultra range of fully synthetic passenger car engine oils with the addition of Helix Ultra API SN Plus SAE 0W-20 and Helix Ultra SAE 0W-40, available in Singapore.
