Delphine Persouyre, formerly managing director of Total Luxembourg, joined Total Canada as president and managing director. She succeeds Franck Bagouet, who was appointed senior vice president of lubricants at Total Specialties USA, Inc. Bagouet replaces Christophe Doussoux, who has assumed a new leadership role with the company in Paris, France.
