Oiltech Lubes Service GmbH & Co. KG was named sales and logistics business partner for Valvoline lubricants and automotive chemicals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. County Roads and Bridges Constanta, a road maintenance and construction company from Constanta, Romania, and Lukoil Lubricants East Europe, signed a two-year lubes supply contract.
