Skaggs was promoted to vice president of worldwide operations and supply chain, replacing James V. Rocco, who plans to retire early next year. In addition to his new responsibilities for blending and packaging facilities and supply chain worldwide, Skaggs will continue to manage OnSite fleet services as well as lube industry sales. Skaggs joined Valvoline in 1984 and most recently was vice president of business transformation.
Craycraft was promoted to vice president of business transformation. He joined Valvolines parent, Ashland, in 1992, and most recently headed Valvolines distributor group.
Vogel joined Valvoline as president of VIOC. Before joining Ashland, Vogel ran a company that markets movie prop replicas in the $12 billion collectibles industry. He also held a variety of positions with The Clorox Co.
Wesley becomes senior vice president and general manager of Valvolines distributor business for the United States and Canada. Wesley, who joined the company in 1982, will also be responsible for Valvolines antifreeze business.
