Chevron Phillips Chemicals International N.V. named Mogoil GmbH distributor for high and low viscosity Synfluid polyalphaolefins in Russia. Hydrodec received an initial $2 million payment on its insurance claim relating to the Dec. 1 fire at its transformer oil rerefinery in Canton, Ohio. Beginning in March, U.S. auto dealers participating in the Hyundai Lubricants Program will provide Shells Quaker State branded motor oils when servicing vehicles.
