Quality Logistic Services Australia is an Australian owned and operated company specializing in bulk liquid supply chain management. It has base stock tankage in Sydney and Melbourne.

Cosan is one of the largest private companies in Brazil, with businesses in energy, food, logistics, infrastructure and agricultural property management. In 2008, Cosan acquired the ExxonMobil distribution business in Brazil, including a network of 1,700 gas stations across the country, a lubricants plant and the usage rights of the Esso and Mobil brands.
