Ashlands Valvoline subsidiary filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of up to 20 percent of its common stock, with completion expected during the fourth quarter, as a first step in the separation announced last September. IKS Group now represents Hexols lubricants in the Ukrainian market. Gazpromneft-Lubricants signed a cooperation agreement with Belarussian earth-moving equipment manufacturer JSC BelAZ, including supply of lubes to its dealership network, cooperation in research and development, and development of new lubricants.
