IPAC Jurong New Facility

International Petroleum Products & Additives Co. opened a new manufacturing plant on Singapore’s Jurong Island, expanding its production footprint into Asia as the U.S.-based additive supplier continues to build a more geographically distributed manufacturing network. The facility produces lubricant additive packages and carries out chemical synthesis and blending, according to industry reports. IPAC said the Singapore operation will strengthen its ability to supply customers across the Asia-Pacific region, with particular relevance to markets including Australia and India.

The location puts IPAC inside one of Asia’s major refining and petrochemical centres. Jurong Island hosts a large concentration of chemical and energy infrastructure, with established logistics, storage and marine connections supporting regional and international supply chains.
