The new lineup is designed for easy distribution to international markets, with all labels and manuals available in 16 languages. The product range includes G Lubricant engine oil additives in 50 mL to 5 L sizes and Thermal-XR coatings for HVAC, radiators and industrial heat exchangers.
Univar Solutions has a new portfolio of bio-based ingredients on offer that it says extend lubricant life, meet Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant criteria and align with the Sustainable and Natural Product Framework, which evaluates six sustainability dimensions from carbon footprinting to accreditation. The range includes oleic and linoleic acids sourced from tall oil fatty acids, polyalphaolefins, polyol esters and extreme pressure additives.
ExxonMobil reformulated Mobil 1 and Mobil Super engine oils across South Asian and Pacific markets, meeting the latest API SQ and ILSAC GF-7A standards. The company said the upgraded products deliver up to 20% better fuel economy compared with previous industry standards while improving engine protection and emissions performance for modern engines, including hybrids and plug-in hybrids.
