New-vehicle sales in December in the United States are expected to reach 1.3 million units, up nearly 4% from the same month last year, Cox Automotive reported today. Full-year sales in 2022, based on vehicle counts by Kelley Blue Book, are forecast to finish near 13.9 million units, an 8% decrease from 2021 and the lowest level since 12.7 million in 2011.
