Through a share exchange transaction, Boca Raton, Florida-based aerospace technology holding company Xeriant will acquire a significant interest in Xeriant Europe s.r.o., its alliance partner in Prague, Czech Republic. The alliance partner company’s technologies include nanofilm lubricants, and it owns the Xeri brand of environmentally safe lubricant products.
