Emery Oleochemicals appointed Min Chong to be its new group CEO. With more than 30 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry, Chong has held senior roles at Ashland, Evonik, Air Products & Chemicals and most recently served as COO at Accupac. His experience spans engineering, supply chain, marketing and commercial leadership.
Duckhams welcomed two new senior team members recently. Chris Chaplin is the new head of marketing and brings more than 15 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket sector. Chris was previously at Tetrosyl Group andAlliance Automotive Group. Lee Shipley is now sales key account manager. Lee joined Duckhams from GSF Group, and before that Comma Oils, Euro Car Parts and Michelin.
Oxea’s new CEO is Michael McHenry, effective Aug. 15, 2025. Michael also has more than 30 years of experience in chemicals and materials, most recently serving as CEO of Techmer PM. His career includes positions at Master Fluid Solutions, BASF and Ciba Specialty Chemicals.
Isabel Gorgoso is the CEO of Moeve, the energy company previous known as Cepsa, in Portugal.
Starting in September, Andreas Igerl will step into the role as the EMEA regional president for IMCD and take on leadership of IMCD’s global industrial business groups. Narendra Varde will succeed Igerl as regional president for APAC.
