Career Moves: Who’s now working where?

Specialty lubricants maker Kluber Lubrication appointed Christopher J. Licursi to be its new CEO for North America. Starting in May, Christopher now leads the company’s regional operations from its headquarters in Londonderry, New Hampshire. He has nearly a quarter of a century working in the industry, where he has overseen strategic transformation, customer engagement and global revenue growth.

Jens Birgersson is the next COE and member of the Brenntag SE management board. Jens starts in September 2025 and will succeed Christian Kohlpaintner, who is stepping down.

In May, Kevin Willis succeeded Mary Meixelsperger as Valvoline Inc.’s CFO. Kevin had roles at oil refiner Ashland. Mary will stay on during the transition.

Chevron Australia made Tim Rankin the general manager of its downstream business starting July 1. Tim will oversee Chevron’s national fuels network and lead efforts to expand the Caltex brand.

Colette Hirstius will become president of Shell USA, effective in August. Colette takes over from Gretchen Watkins, who will step down at the end of July. Colette is currently executive vice president for the Gulf of Mexico.
