Puraglobe Moves Forward on U.S. Rerefinery

Plans for a rerefinery in Tampa, Florida were on the books for so long, the industry could be forgiven for considering the plan a mirage. However, Puraglobe announced this week it will make the project a reality, building a plant that will produce API Group III base oils, starting by the end of 2024.
