Intertek opened a 135,000-square-foot laboratory in San Antonio. The facility houses the companys Transportation Technologies services, including a chemical testing team that evaluates performance properties of lubricants, other fluids and material compounds found in automotive applications, as well as a small engine and emissions testing team that assesses engines for equipment such as all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles, marine products and garden products.
