January 2, 2019Hydrodec Group plc reached agreement with its long term partner, G&S Oil Recycling, to increase Hydrodecs interest in Hydrodec of North America LLC – which the partnership created in April 2013 as a new entity – from 58 percent to 85 percent and to provide Hydrodec with overall operational control of its transformer oil rerefinery in Canton, Ohio. Henley Pacific SF, LLC, a subsidiary ofValvoline Inc., acquired 17 quick lube locations in California, now operating as Valvoline Instant Oil Change centers.
