Data Operations Manager - Laurie (she/her) uses her extensive knowledge of best practices in research methods and her excellent verbal and written communications skills as an essential member of our Technology and Data team. In addition to maintaining our customer data platform, you will find her responding to customer queries and helping customers and staff access information. Prior to joining LNG, she worked as a Data Entry Manager, supporting operations, marketing, and sales teams. Laurie holds a BS in Family Consumer Sciences and an MLIS in Library Information Sciences with specializations in Archives and Records Management, each from North Carolina Central University. In her free time, she enjoys binge-watching nature documentaries and reading/writing poetry.
