R & D CHEMIST
An experienced Research and Development Chemist for our expanding corporate laboratory. This newly created position will help develop soluble, semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking products for both metal removal and metal forming applications. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS in Chemistry or related field along with a minimum of 5 years of professional formulating experience. This person should be willing to explore new and interesting chemistries and be able to work with our rapidly expanding direct and distributor sales force. Interaction with vendors and customers is required so good communication skills are valued. Minimal travel.

REGIONAL MANAGER
A Regional Manager to manage the growth of our business in a four state region – IL, IA, WI and MN. The ideal candidate should have at least five years experience selling metalworking fluids or related products. Experience in managing industrial distributors is a plus. This person will be responsible for providing technical and sales support to distributors, as well as establishing new distributors in the region. Overnight travel required.
