Lubrication Technologies is currently seeking a Distribution Operations Manager for our St. Paul, Minnesota facility. The primary focus of this position will be to manage warehousing, transportation, inventory control, shipping/receiving and customer service operations. You will develop a distribution operation plan including key strategies and financial plan, develop and measure key performance indicators as well as establish, communicate and measure organizational objectives. You will have responsibility for the operations team and a company owned fleet which you will need to direct and maintain.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree in management and a minimum of 5 – 7 years experience in warehouse management, transportation and logistics. Experience with fleet management, bulk transportation and a company owned fleet including working knowledge of carrier operation, shipment routing and distribution methods is required. You must have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills as well as analytical skills with the ability to problem solve. Previous experience within the fuels or petrochemical industries is preferred, but not required.
