Its my great pleasure to reintroduce Richard Beercheck to you as the new managing editor of LubesnGreases Europe-Middle East-Africa. As I write, Tim Sullivan has already begun the process of handing over senior editorial responsibilities to Dick. Dick joined LNG Publishing in July 2011 as a senior editor, contributing to all of our publications. He brings an exceptionally strong background both in lubricants and in publishing.
Dick started his career as a journalist, including nearly a decade as executive editor of Penton Publishings Machine Design magazine. Then he spent 14 years with Lubrizol in marketing communications, and before joining LNG he served Ferro Corp. as a communications specialist.
While Dick will continue to work from his home office in Ohio, he is looking forward to traveling soon and often in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and to meeting you, our subscribers, in person. You can reach him directly at Dick@LNGpublishing.com.

Tim Sullivan has accepted our offer to become managing editor for the Asia publication were launching in early 2014. Tim joined LNG in early 2000, launched Lube Report in 2001 and LubesnGreases EMEA in 2007. And now he will lead us on our long-awaited journey into Asias lubricants, base stocks and additives markets. All I can say about the new publication at this point is that, like all our products, it will feature independent, original reporting for and about our industry, and it will launch in early 2014. And of course its in Tims able hands.
