Formulation Development Chemists

New products and solutions are the heart of Aftons business. You will provide the innovative spark and the experience of managing research and development projects that drive new technology to our customers. But you wont be doing it alone! You will be working in the Global Formulation team and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to support our business and strategic goals.

Customer Technical Service Specialists

You will be Aftons primary technical contact at the customer interface. In addition to maintaining strong relationships with Customers and Sales you will develop customer-specific product solutions and provide day-to-day technical support to customer accounts. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects and have an eye for detail in order to successfully develop and deliver technical support documentation and presentations.

These technical roles require a good understanding of the additive and oil industry; a degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field; the ability to effectively manage multiple technical projects, both locally and globally; a logical thinker, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
