Milacron subsidiary Cimcool Industrial Products on Friday acquired the Starchem metalworking fluids business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Starchem was a metalworking fluid and industrial chemical company headquartered in Mason, Ohio, near Cincinnati.
