Harbour Group subsidiary Lincoln Industrial has acquired Lincoln Helios (India), which makes automatic lubrication systems, for an undisclosed amount. A spokesman for Lincoln Industrial told Lube Report the company had owned 50 percent of the Indian company since 1993, when it helped form it as a joint venture.
Lincoln Helios (India) designs and manufactures automatic lubrication systems, ink delivery equipment and related services to clients throughout India. Headquartered in Bangalore, the company serves a variety of industries including wind energy, steel production, mining, cement, food and beverages, automobiles and printing.
Its lubrication systems include spray, multiline, dual line, oil circulation, chain lubrication, single line parallel and single line progressive systems.

Lincoln Industrial, along with its sister companies Alemite and Reelcraft, design and manufacture automated lubrication systems, dispensing equipment for high viscosity materials, hose cord and cable reels and related products for a variety of industrial, commercial and consumer applications. The company has 10 manufacturing facilities, nine technical support centers and five research centers throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
