Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. signed a licensing agreement to offer Servo hydraulic fluids formulated with Dynavis additive technology from German additive supplier Evonik. The Belarusian lubricant additive joint venture LLK-Naftan said it is increasing sales to India and other parts of South and Central Asia.
