Unlocking the Secrets of Grease

Share

Greases are an important part of the lubricants industry, but they are often less understood than fluid lubes. To help bolster that understanding, a team of experts is organizing a training course about how greases are made and perform.

Trinity Lubes & Greases and Siddharth Grease & Lubes have designed a two-hour session for non-technical employees who engage with distributors and customers and could benefit from more knowledge about this essential product.

Key topics include the main raw materials of grease and main steps in the manufacturing process. The course will also explain the classification of greases, their types and applications. Attendees will learn guidelines for usage of grease along with its unique challenges for handling, storage and dispensing.

The course is delivered by Siddharth Sachdeva, director of Siddharth Group, a family-owned grease and lubrication business based in India and the United Arab Emirates. He is joined by Siddharth Group Chief Technology Officer for greases Rohit Kuymar Agarwal; Deepak Saxena, CTO for lubes; and Tarunendr Singh, director of business development.

Between them they have decades of industry experience, have published hundreds of papers and developed a wide range of products across applications from automotive to defense and have won numerous awards.

The organizers invite anyone interested to join them on Jan. 22 at  9 a.m. New York time, 2 p.m. London time and 10 p.m. Singapore time.
