Denmark-based HansJensen Lubricators, supplier of cylinder lubrication systems for two-stroke marine and power plant applications, acquired a majority stake in Danish research and development firm Adnox A/S. Adnox developed and patented a catalytic converter-based system, which uses diesel oil to convert nitrogen compounds formed in diesel engines into water and nitrogen. Germany-based chemical company Oxea appointed Lars Eric Johansson as its new senior vice president of strategic alliances. He will focus on strategic partnerships, collaborations and joint ventures in key market segments.
