Emirates National Oil Co. will supply lubricants for up to 16 product tankers at Greece-based international trading operator IMS Oils Fujairah and Singapore ports under a memorandum of understanding announced Aug. 28. The partnership also expands Enocs marine lubricants supply network to more than 110 ports in 23 countries.
