August 28, 2025Valvoline Cummins Private Ltd., a joint venture between Valvoline Global Operations and Cummins India, signed a four-year strategic collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. to expand its role as the automaker’s primary lubricants supplier. Valvoline Cummins will provide the majority of Mahindra’s aftermarket lubricant needs, including engine oils, transmission oils and axle oils marketed under the Mahindra Maximile brand. These products will be distributed through Mahindra’s dealership and spares networks across India.
