Kodiak Acquires Aztech Lubricants

Process fluid provider Kodiak acquired Wayne, Oklahoma-based Aztech Lubricants, a specialist in wire drawing and wire lubricating formulation, adding powdered chemical manufacturing and increased capacity for oil-based blending. Terms were not disclosed.

Martin Midstream Posts Big Income Jump

Martin Midstream Partners reported a hefty increase in operating income on lower sales revenue for its specialty products business segment – which includes lubricants and greases – for the full year and for 2023’s fourth quarter. Full-year lubricant product sales declined 7%.

H&S Energy of Orange, California, acquired the convenience retail, fuels distribution, lubricants, cardlock, fleet card, commercial fueling, car wash and transportation businesses of Andretti Petroleum Group, one of the largest convenience retail and fuels distribution businesses on the West Coast and Pacific Northwest, operating in northern California, Oregon and Washington.
